Celebración of Winchester
Arte Libre VA has participated in Celebración of Winchester since 2019, which is Winchester’s celebration of Latinx and Hispanic arts and culture in recognition of Hispanic Heritage and Latinx Heritage Month. Arte Libre VA has facilitated community mural painting projects at Celebracion, as well as MonoPrinting Workshops.
